The project you plan to implement is first developed as a conceptual draft. Once the concept reaches a mature stage, it is transformed into a computer-aided design and presented for final evaluation. After approval, all architectural, structural, reinforced concrete, mechanical, and electrical projects are delivered to you from the very beginning, ensuring that the project starts with the most accurate methods and decisions. Although there are no limitations, the most optimal solutions are offered during both the draft and project phases to achieve a functional and successful result. Below, you can find the key stages of the pool design and implementation process, including design development, cost analysis, and technical application details.

Concept Stage:

You are considering building a swimming pool. You have a suitable area and would like to transform it into a living space where you can enjoy quality time with your family or use it for professional purposes. At this point, the first step is to clearly define your needs and expectations.

Key factors such as the intended use of the pool (family, sports, children, guests, rental, etc.), location, sun exposure, privacy requirements, and budget range are carefully evaluated. If you have reached this stage of planning, you are now ready to turn your vision into a tangible concept and move on to the second stage: preliminary design.

Preliminary Design Stage:

The preliminary design stage is the process in which user requirements are collected, the pool’s form is defined according to its intended purpose, and initial layout decisions are made. First, the site application of the pool area—meaning dimensions, levels, and surrounding conditions—is determined. Based on existing architecture, landscape, and technical spaces, the initial schematic layout is developed.

A preliminary program is prepared to meet user expectations; pool dimensions, depths, stair locations, sunbathing, and seating areas are evaluated. If necessary, multiple alternative preliminary designs can be developed for the same site, allowing all parties to jointly determine the most suitable solution. This approach results in realistic, feasible, and needs-oriented design solutions.

Budget and Cost Estimation:

Once the preliminary design is finalized, the required equipment, materials, and construction items for the pool are determined. At this stage, the client is provided with detailed information regarding swimming pool standards, safety criteria, and operational principles. The capacities and selection criteria of equipment such as filters, pumps, lighting systems, and chemical dosing units are clearly explained.

Based on this information, the client gains a clear understanding of the technical level and quality of the proposed implementation. Subsequently, an approximate budget price proposal is prepared based on realistic cost ranges. The main objective of this stage is to enable the investor to perform an accurate budget analysis and to ensure that the project is planned on a sound economic basis.

Design and Engineering:

Following budget approval, the detailed design and technical engineering phase of the pool begins. The selected pool type and dimensions are designed by taking into account site conditions, surrounding structures, prevailing wind and sun orientations, climatic characteristics, and landscape decisions. At this stage, architectural and mechanical solutions are developed in an integrated and coordinated manner.

The user profile and intended use of the pool are the primary factors determining all design decisions, including depths, stair solutions, children’s areas, overflow systems, or skimmer systems. Throughout the entire engineering process, relevant local and international standards are applied, hydraulic calculations are performed, and every detail is incorporated into the project documentation. If required, 3D visualizations can also be provided to present a realistic preview of the completed pool.

Final Price Quotation:

Once the design and engineering phase is completed, the brand and model selections of all equipment, piping quantities, electrical and automation materials, as well as all finishing and construction items, are fully defined. This level of clarity transforms the investment cost from an approximate budget estimate into figures based on actual quantities.

Accordingly, detailed quantity take-off lists are prepared in line with the project drawings, and realistic pricing is carried out for each item based on current market conditions. As a result, the client is provided with a comprehensive and transparent proposal file designed to prevent unexpected costs during the construction phase. Upon approval of the proposal, the process proceeds to the contract stage.

Implementation:

After all technical and administrative processes are completed, the on-site implementation phase begins. Initially, a detailed work schedule is prepared, planning the start and completion dates of each work item—from excavation and reinforced concrete works to waterproofing, mechanical installations, electrical and automation systems, and finishing applications.

During the implementation process, all works are carried out under continuous supervision in accordance with the approved project and applicable standards. Once the mechanical and electrical systems are installed, the pool is filled with water, tests are conducted, and the systems are commissioned. In the final stage, the client is provided with detailed information on pool operation, maintenance, and chemical usage, ensuring that the pool is delivered ready for safe, comfortable, and long-term use.
